PURPOSE: To rapidly form a flat photocurable resin worked surface by providing a means for pushing away a surplus amount of resin using the edge of a rigid member and forming a flat worked surface on the face of the resin, a means for moving the member backward from the worked surface and a pulling means connected to the terminal of a thin coating film. CONSTITUTION: A photocurable resin 1 is arranged in a container 2 and a stereolithographic part 3 is formed on each of layers of the worked surface of the resin 1. On the other hand, the terminal of the thin coating film 9 is made to pass around an edge 15 from below a rigid plate 8 and is anchored to a pulling device such as a weight 11 after being hooked around a roller 12, passing above. Consequently, the thin coating film 9 substantially covers the surface of the rigid plate 8, which in turn, does not come into contact with the resin 1. As the plate 8 recedes from the worked surface of the resin 1, the gravitational force brought to bear upon the weight 11 removes a deflection out of the thin coating film 9, so that the coating film 9 is set to be in a tense condition to bring the film 9 into contact with the surface 16 of the plate 8 and the edge 15. The force to be applied to the thin coating film 9 by the weight bends the film 9 around the edge 15 comparatively suddenly and thus the minimum force to retain both film 9 and resin 1 together is generated at the bending point. Therefore, the thin coating film 9 is peeled off the resin 1 face as the plate 8 is moved backward. |
