METHOD FOR PREPARING ALDOSE REDUCTASE BY GENETIC ENGINEERING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare human aldose reductase by transforming insect cells with a vector containing the cDNA of human aldose reductase and with the genom DNA of wild type Baculoviridal virus. CONSTITUTION:A vector containing the cDNA of human aldose reductase and the genom DNA of wild type Baculoviridae virus are introduced into an insect cell to prepare a recombined Baculoviridae virus containing the cDNA of the human aldose reductase in the genom DNA. Insect cells are infected with the recombined Bacloviridae virus and the human addose reductase is recovered from the homogenated product or culture solution of the infected cells. cDNA originated from human amphiblestrades or human fetal muscle is preferable as the cDNA of the human aldose reductase.
