A sports device with rollers or roller skates or practice skis, where the user, by means of a left and right boot (10), operates running gear (14), possibly incorporated into the boot, fitted with at least two rollers fitted one behind the other, whereby in each set of running gear at least the foremost (16) and rearmost (18) wheels are fitted to swivel about preferably obliquely mounted swing-axles (14, 26), is remarkable in that on both the left and right roller skate or practice ski there is a device which imparts to the user's shins an inward lean at an angle beta to the normal position without the device or the normal standing position without skates or skis.
