PURPOSE:To reduce size and electric power consumption by providing a switching means and executing the driving of a display device and the data taking in of a key switch with one piece of driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:This control circuit has the driving circuit 30 which executes the driving of the display device 1 and the data taking of the key switch 2, a switching signal generating means 10 which switches the driving of the display device 1 and the data taking of the key switch 2 by a scan signal and a switching means 20 which switches the driving circuit 30 to the driving of the display device 1 and the data taking of the key switch 2 by the switching signal generated by the switching signal generating means 10. The scan signal is generated by the driving circuit 30 and the switching signal is generated from the scan signal by the switching signal generating means 10. The switching means 20 is switched by this switching signal, by which the driving of the display device 1 and the data taking of the key switch 2 are executed by one driving circuit 30. The size and electric power consumption are reduced in this way.
