Described is a ski with a binding in which elevated sections (4, 5), preferably integral with the main body of the ski, project out from the ski-boot support plate (3) in front and/or behind the binding attachment area, a ski-binding element being attached to at least one of these elevated sections. A component (9) of the binding is guided in the elevated sections (4, 5) by guiding surfaces (7, 8, 20) so that it can move longitudinally and is secured against lifting. |
