PURPOSE:To judge whether the result of ion-concentration analysis obtained in an operator is reliable or not by providing a means for measuring conductivity between an ion electrode and a reference electrode. CONSTITUTION:A first flow cell 3 having an ion electrode 1 and a second flow cell 3' having a reference electrode 2 are attached in the halfway of a common pipe for concentration calibrating liquid and liquid to be measured at a specified interval. The potential differences between both electrodes 1 and 2 are compared at the time when the concentration calibrating liquid is supplied and at the time when the liquid to be measured is supplied. The electric signals detected at detecting ends 17 and 17' for measuring conductivity are inputted into an electrometer 11. The conductivity between the detecting ends 17 and 17' is measured with the electrometer 11. Then, the conductivity inputted from the electrometer 11 is compared with a specified value in an operator 12. When the conductivity is less than the specified value, it is estimated that there are bubbles in a pipe 16 between the flow cells 3 and 3', and the fact is notified to an alarming device 14. |
