<p>PURPOSE:To reduce fluctuation in magnetic recording velocity by providing a vibration proofing projection to press the upper end part of a magnetic tape from the inside on the downstream side further from the fine projections on the magnetic tape separating side on the magnetic tape traveling surface of a fixed drum. CONSTITUTION:On the downstream side further from the fine projections 5b on the magnetic tape separating side of this device, the vibration proofing projection 6 is provided to press the upper end part of a magnetic tape 1 from the inside. When a magnetic head 2 separates the magnetic tape 1, the upper end part 1' of the magnetic tape 1 is pressed to the outside by the vibration proofing projection 6 on the downstream side further from the fine projections 5b on the magnetic tape separating side on the magnetic tape traveling surface of a fixed drum 4, and the fine tape vibration caused by the separation of the magnetic head 2 is suppressed at the upper end part 1' of the magnetic tape. Thus, the high-definition recording and reproducing device can be obtained while reducing the fluctuation in the magnetic recording velocity.</p> |
