<p>PURPOSE:To cut down the cost and improve freshness by equipping a net conveyor for introducing foods to be frozen to a refrigeration tank and for immersing them into an antifreezing solution stored therein and an agitation system, a purification system, a cooling system respectively for the antifreezing solution and freezing a large amount of the products in a short time. CONSTITUTION:An antifreezing solution 14 mainly composed of ethyl alcohol and distilled water and stored in a refrigeration tank 12 is cooled by a cooling system 22. A net conveyor is then rotated using a motor 46 in the direction of the arrow mark and foods to be frozen which have been packaged with a film at a position of a bed plate 28 on the left side are placed on the upper surface of a net body, introduced to the refrigeration tank 12 while being pushed by respective push board 44 and immersed in the antifreezing solution 14 therein. The above-mentioned foods to be frozen are frozen while passing through the antifreezing solution 14. As the net body of the net conveyor rises of the bed plate 28 on the right side of the refrigeration tank 12, the above-mentioned frozen foods also go up out of the antifreezing solution 14. Oil contaminated in the freezing solution during rotation of the net conveyor is removed by attaching an agitating blade 48 to the refrigeration tank 12, agitating the antifreezing solution and circulating the antifreezing solution to an oil cleaner pump 56.</p> |
