The measurement arrangement housing is pref. metallic, cylindrical and externally threaded. It contains two temp. measurement elements (3,5) and a heating element (4) mounted on one side of a carrier foil (6) which is a good electrical insulator and thermal conductor. The opposite side of the foil is attached to the housing (1) in thermally conducting contact in the region carrying the temp. measurement and heating elements. The foil is of polyimide and of thickness between 50 and 150 microns, esp. 75 microns. A heat conducting paste (7) is applied between the foil and housing at least in the element mounting region.
