PURPOSE:To produce the title compsn. which, when expanded, gives a foam excellent in dimensional stability, i.e. improved in the resistance to long-term shrinkage, and useful as the material of a wet suit, thermally insulating covering material, etc., by compounding a chlorosulfonated polyolefin with a specified amt. of free sulfur. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. chlorosulfonated polyolefin (e.g. chlorosulfonated polyethylene) is compounded with 0.1-5 pts.wt. free sulfur. |
