<p>An automotive topcoating composition mainly comprising: an acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomeric component comprising 5 to 40 wt% of an alkoxysilylated vinyl monomer of general formula (I) (wherein A represents (a) or (b); R1 represents hydrogen or methyl; R2 represents a divalent aliphatic saturated C1 to C6 hydrocarbon group; R3 and R4 may be the same or different from each other and each represents phenyl, C1 to C6 alkyl or C1 to C10 alkoxy; R5 represents C1 to C10 alkyl; and n is an integer of 1 to 100), 5 to 50 wt% of a hydroxylic vinyl monomer and 10 to 90 wt% of other copolymerizable vinyl monomer, and an amino resin, wherein the content of the amino resin is 5 to 50 wt% of the total resin solid content of the composition.</p> |
