<p>PURPOSE:To smooth a build-up of clamping pressure by making it function with a smaller spring constant than that of each of first and second springs when a movable washer separates from a stopper part through movement of an accumulator piston via the second spring. CONSTITUTION:When working pressure, selecting the operaing states of a friction element, exceeds the spring force of a second spring 56, an accumulator piston 52 moves in a cylinder 51 in the A1 direction. In this case, as a first spring 55 is contracted by dint of preload, the spring force is larger than the second one. When deformation in the second spring 56 glows larger and a movable washer 53 separates from a stopper part 54, combined spring force of these first and second springs 55, 56 works there, but this spring constant is smaller than that of these two springs 55, 56, and a degree of absorption for clamping pressure becomes larger. Thus a buildup of the clamping pressure at the initial stage of clamping the friction element is smoothable.</p> |
