PURPOSE:To obtain the title material having proper adhesion, becoming a composite material having high strength, high toughness, excellent heat resistance, water resistance and impact resistance after curing, by impregnating a specific thermosetting resin composition into organic or inorganic fibers. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition comprising (A) 2-30wt.% reaction product of neopentyl glycol and terephthalic acid chloride having 200-2,000 number- average molecular weight and containing hydroxyl groups at both ends and (B) 98-70 wt.% resin consisting of a cyanic ester component and a bismaleimide component is impregnated into (C) organic or inorganic fibers to give the objective material. |
