PURPOSE: To perform the stable operation of a generator by multiplying the output of an electric power system stabilizer to which a test signal of know amplitude and frequency is inputted by the output voltage of each phase, applying linear amplification thereto, demodulating the output, performing its addition combination and feeding back it to a system stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: When a test is performed, a signal of known amplitude and frequency (For instance, 0.2 to 0.5Hz) simulating the vibrations of a generator is inputted to an electric power stabilizing system 16 from a line 85 to find an output signal X. The signal X is multiplied M1 to M3 by the output Y of the respective phase coils S1 to S3 on the secondary side of a transformer 30 to find an output Z, and linear amplification 46, 60, 64 is applied thereto. The output of an amplifier is demodulated 70, 74, 78, the output is fed back to the coils S1 to S3 and a value to which addition combination 82 is applied is fed back to the electric power stabilizing system 16. Also, the output linearly amplified is added to inputs A to C through transformers 56, 62, 66 to make outputs D to F and to input them to a voltage regulator. |
