PURPOSE:To manufacture various sized anti-skid nets by a method wherein linear material, which is produced by covering cord-like core material with plastic covering material, is stretched around in the groove of the forming mesh course of a forming die, which is made into an integral body by continuously connecting the end edges of the grooves of arbitrary number of sheets of molds with one another, and then heated and press-formed. CONSTITUTION:Arbitrary number of sheets of molds a1, a2... having arbitrary shapes are prepared and connected with one another so as to integrally make a forming die A in order to make the forming mesh course 1 for forming an anti-skid net having a desired size on the surface of the integrated forming die by continuously connecting the end edges 1a'... of mesh-like grooves 1a.... In the forming mesh course 1 of the forming die A, braided strips linear material C', which is made of linear material produced by covering the surroundings of high tension cord-like core material with plastic covering material such as green rubber or the like, is stretched around and fittingly inserted and, after that, press-formed and vulcanized at the predetermined temperature. Further, when an anti-skid net, the length of which is different from that just mentioned above, is intended to produce, the forming die having the required size is properly formed by connecting or exchanging separate mold having the desired size to or with the forming die or removing unnecessary mold from the forming die in order to produce an anti-skid net having the required size. |
