PURPOSE:To suppress a swing of material by rotating the material by means of a process roller set in which the shafts of rollers are twisted by a specific angle around the center axis of a rotary process device, and holding rings or cylinders rotatable in their holes including the above center axis, before or behind, or, before and behind the rotary process device. CONSTITUTION:The device is composed by holding and arranging rings or cylinders 5 serving as guides rotatable by the driving force or the passive force in their holes including the center axis 1 of a rotary process device with bearing 5 interposed therein before or behind, or before and behind a device 4 which works by rotating a material by means of a process roller set 3 in which the process roller shafts 2 are twisted by an angle A around the center axis 1 of the rotary process device. By driving the cylinders 5 for holding the material 13 on their inner surfaces in the direction to rotate the material 13 by means of the device 4, a resistance of the material 13 by the guides is eliminated, and the work is made easily. Furthermore, the advancing efficiency during the process is improved to increase the processing speed. And generation of a scratch is also reduced. |
