发明名称 HEAT-FUSING METHOD OF POLYESTER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To heat-fuse polyester surfaces mutually with excellent adhesive strength by forming oxygen barrier liquid films in specific thickness to each of the superposing polyester surfaces, frame-treating each of both surfaces, and mating, mutually contact-bonding and heat-fusing both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Oxygen barrier liquid films in thickness of 0.5-15mum are formed to each of superposing polyester surface, each of both surfaces is frame-treated, and frame-treated both surfaces are mated, contact-bonded mutually and heat- fused. The oxygen barriering liquid film formed on each polyester surface prevents the oxidation of the polyester surface at the time of frame treatment. An anti-oxidizing effect is reduced when the thickness of the film is less than 0.5mum, and a difficult heat-fusion is generated when thickness exceeds 15mum. The oxygen barrier films must be shaped onto both surfaces of polyester respectively, and said lower oxide is generated on the polyester surface, on which no film is formed, and sufficient adhesion is not acquired in the application only of one surface.</p>
