PURPOSE:To execute the inner lining of an existing pipe by a method wherein spiral pipes are manufactured while interposing band materials, the spiral pipes are inserted successively into the existing pipe, the front ends of the spiral pipes are fixed to the existing pipe, the band materials are detached from the spiral pipes, ribs for sliding are brought into contact mutually under a crossed state, and the diameters of the spiral pipes are expanded. CONSTITUTION:A spiral pipe 10' is inserted directly into a sewer pipe 81 from a pipe making machine 20, and propelled while being turned. The front end of the spiral pipe 10' is fixed at the end section of the sewer pipe 81. The pipe making machine 20 is driven again, a beltlike body 10 is fed to the pipe making machine 20, and a band material 30 is detached successively from the side where the spiral pipe 10' is fixed. The state of the contact bonding of a stepped falling section 14 and the side edge section of a substrate 12 in the stepped falling section 14 is released, and ribs 17 and 18 for each sliding are brought to the state in which the ribs are easily slid mutually. The inserting section 13b of a fitting projection 13 inserted into a fitting recessed strip 15 is brought simultaneously to the state in which it can be slid smoothly in the fitting recessed strip 15. The diameter of the spiral pipe 10' is expanded in succession from the fastened front end side, and the spiral pipe 10' is fast stuck onto the inner circumferential surface of the sewer pipe 81. |
