PURPOSE:To eliminate the overhead of processing of a switching control station accompanied with the change of a radio base station and that of communication between the switching control station and the base radio station by using a communication identifier assigned to communication to perform the switching control in the switching control station independently of the change of the radio base station which interrupts information from a mobile machine. CONSTITUTION:A mobile communication system consists of a switching control station 1-1, radio base stations 1-21 to 1-2n, mobile machines 1-31 to 1-3m, a wired communication medium 1-4 capable of broadcasting, and an external link 1-5. The switching control station 1-1 switches information frames from or to mobile machines based on communication identifiers directly assigned to mobile machines or assigned to communication independently of radio base stations relaying the mobile machines. Thus, unnecessary processing is completely eliminated though relaying radio base stations are switched because of movement of mobile machines, and the delay for switching of radio base stations is prevented.
