PURPOSE:To utilize the sheet-like object for a comfortable bedding whose functionally is excellent by laminating a honeycomb-like three-dimensional knit to one layer or plural layers, and forming the sheet-like object for a bed whose cushion property is high and whose ventilation effect is excellent. CONSTITUTION:As for a base material, such arbitrary ones as a natural fiber of cotton, wool, silk, hemp, etc., a regenerated fiber, a synthetic fiber, an inorganic fiber, etc., are available, but as for a connecting thread, a monofilament is desirable. A desired base material is formed to a honeycomb-like three- dimensional knit whose load recovery factor after one minute and 360 hours is >=70%, and whose gas permeability is 150cc/cm<2>/sec, desirably >=300cc/cm<2>/sec, by a well-known method by using a double Rachel loom, a circular knitting machine, etc. A cut end of the three-dimensional knit 1 is processed by sewing edge cloth 2, and also, processed by heat cutting and heat welding by a heat cutter and an ultrasonic sewing machine, etc. The obtained three-dimensional knit is laminated to one layer or plural layers, covered with cloth and formed to a sheet-like object. |
