PURPOSE:To improve dimensional stability by blending a hydraulic material composed of blast furnace slag and cement at a specific weight ratio with calcium flucroaluminate and inorganic sulfate as principal components. CONSTITUTION:Respective raw materials consisting essentially of a calcareous substance, an alumina-based substance and a fluoride are heated at >=1200 deg.C to provide calcium fluoroaluminate so as to provide 1/(0.65-1.5)/(0.01-0.32) molar ratio of the CaO/Al2O3/CaF2. The resultant substance is then pulverized and classified to afford powder having 1000-8000cm<2>/g specific surface area measured by the Blaine method. The obtained calcium fluoroaluminate powder is subsequently mixed with an inorganic sulfate powder such as type II anhydrous gypsum having >=1000cm<2>/g specific surface area measured by the Blaine method at 1/(1-3) weight ratio to provide a hardening accelerator. with 100 pts.wt. hydraulic material composed of 50-80wt.% blast furnace slag and 50-20wt.% cement, are mixed 10-30 pts.wt. aforementioned hardening accelerator, <=2 pts.wt. setting retarder such as citric acid and 1-10 pts.wt. glass fiber. Thereby, a cement admixture for glass-fiber reinforced mortar is obtained.
|
