PURPOSE:To make an inspection of multi-products in small quantities easy by providing a board inspecting, unit, a board carrying means and a board distinguishing unit, and by providing a control unit for setting a predetermined inspection program and position data according to the type of a board. CONSTITUTION:When a circuit board 1 to be inspected is carried by a first conveyer 2, the type of the board is distinguished by a board distinguishing unit 3. A controller 23 adjusts an amount of rotation of respective motors 2a, 11a, 6 with a signal of the board distinguishing unit 3 via a feed adjust unit 26, reads out an inspection program and position coordinate data according to the type of the board 1 from an external memory unit 23c and stores them in a first memory 24 and a second memory 25. When the board 1 reaches an inspection unit 12, the conveyer 11 stops and X-Y units 13, 14 perform circuit inspection. At this time the inspection is controlled by the inspection program in the first memory 24 and the position coordinate data in the second memory 25. |
