<p>PURPOSE:To detect momentary traffic fluctuation by resetting a cell number data by each call stored in a passing cell number storage memory section implemented at an interval of a prescribed time to only a call stored in a call identification number storage memory section. CONSTITUTION:When the count of passing cell number by each call is finished at a count means 1 for a prescribed time interval, a reset control section 6 initializes a passing cell number storage memory section 2. In this case, the passing cell number storage memory section 2 by the reset control section 6 is initialized for a call stored in a call identification number storage memory section 3. Thus, since only the cell number data of a call set in the communication line at that time is reset, the reset time is shortened and the passing cell number is counted in a shorter time interval. Thus, momentary fluctuation of traffic is detected.</p> |
