<p>PURPOSE:To make an economical effect expectable so as to reduce accident by a trouble of mechanism by providing constitution such that a bypass valve is placed in a fully closed condition, when opening action of an inlet valve is completed, to eliminate control of the bypass valve when the inlet valve is in closing action. CONSTITUTION:Opening action of an inlet valve 8 is finished by close-actuating a bypass valve 8b under a fully closed condition of a main valve 8a at opening action control time of the inlet value 8 or under an established condition of fully opening the main value 8a and fully closing the bypass valve by close-actuating the bypass valve 8b at opening action time of the main valve 8a. In this way, a role of fully closing the inlet valve 8 can be played, even when a drive power is lost, by an emergency cut off device of only the main valve 8a without providing an emergency cut off device in the bypass valve 8b by providing constitution such that the bypass valve 8b is placed in a fully closed condition, when opening action of the inlet valve 8 is completed, to eliminate control of the bypass valve 8b when the inlet valve 8 is in closing action. thus, an economical effect such as the cost of manufacture, installation and maintenance control can be expected as an inlet valve device total unit, and accident by trouble of a mechanism can be reduced.</p> |
