PURPOSE:To effectively cool an optical head and to suppress the sticking of dust to an objective lens by providing a blade, a groove and a through hole on the upper face of an enclosure opposed to the optical disk. CONSTITUTION:The flow of air generated between an optical disk 2 and a basket body upper face 5 when the optical disk 2 is made to rotate with a motor 1 is led to an optical head 3 by a blade 7 provided on the enclosure upper face 5, the optical head 3 is cooled, dust stuck on the objective lens 4 is removed and reading conditions are kept approximately constant. Besides, the flow of the air can be led to the optical head 3 more effectively by making the faces where the optical disk 2 is confronted with the basket body upper face 5 non-parallel. Thus, the optical head 3 can be cooled and the sticking of the dust to the objective lens can be prevented. |
