摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an induction electromagnetic apparatus in which inductance is changed appropriately in accordance with the intensity of the magnetic field formed by the current of a winding while the advantage of the gap, which enables the title electromagnetic apparatus to be operated in a highly loaded state, is being maintained by a method wherein the filler, which is formed by dispersing soft magnetic material into non-magnetic base material, is inserted into the gap of a core. CONSTITUTION:A gap 15 is provided on the core 12 on which magnetic circuit will be formed by providing windings 13 and 14, and a filling material 16, which is formed by dispersing a kind or a plurality of kinds of soft magnetic material powder into a non-magnetic base material, is inserted into the above-mentioned gap 15. For example, a primary winding 13 and a secondary winding 14 are provided on a ferrite core 12 on which the magnetic circuit of a transformer is formed, and the gap 15 is formed by cutting the middle of the core 12. A filling material 16, which is formed by dispersing soft magnetic powder into a non-magnetic base material, is inserted into the above-mentioned gap. The particles formed by pulverizing the ferrite, having the permeability higher than the material of the core 12, is used as the above-mentioned soft magnetic material powder, epoxy resin is used as the base material, the said ferrite particles are dispersed into liquid epoxy resin, it is solidified by heating, and the filling material 16 is formed.</p>
