PURPOSE:To monitor a signal on a line in the on-line processing and to measure the reply time of a terminal equipment by allowing a monitor data relay processing section to identify a monitor data with a data representing two signal patterns and sending the data resulting from calculating the difference between times. CONSTITUTION:A monitor data relay processing section 300 identifies only a monitor data coincident with two signal patterns to be designated among all monitor data received from a call processing control section 200, validates the data only when the data is received in the order designated by a command, calculates the difference from the time and sends the two monitor data and the difference from the time to a monitor data collection processing section 400 of the master processor 100 in pairs. Then the monitor data collection processing section 400 stores the data to a magnetic disk device 600. Thus, the reply time of the terminal equipment is measured on-line.
