摘要

PURPOSE:To attain the accurate ID identification by storing previously the test data including both leves 0 and 1 into a prescribed address of an EEPROM and reading out this test data prior to the ID data to collate the test data with another known data. CONSTITUTION:A means (a) writes the prescribed test data including both levels 1 and 0 into a prescribed address of an EEPROM. Meanwhile a reading means (b) reads out the test data in a read state and decides whether this test data is coincident with another prescribed test data or not. Then the data written into the prescribed address is read out and the contents of the data area confirmed in a data read state. If the read-out data is coincident with the data written previously, a normal EEPROM and a normal reading state are decided.
