PURPOSE:To easily recognize a current operation state, etc., by a user by announcing input/output guidance, input/output information, a state in the case of transmission/reception of program data and the information of arithmetic error in a portable terminal equipment, etc., by a sound composed of synthesized sounds. CONSTITUTION:A sound synthesizing part 6 and a loudspeaker 7 are connected to a control part 5 constituting this portable terminal equipment. Therefore, the user can recognize, the state of the transmission/reception of the program data and arithmetic error, etc., in the portable terminal the input/output guidance, input/output information equipment by the sound composed of synthesized sounds. Thus, even without observing a display, the user can easily recognize the waiting state of data input, erroneous input state, erroneous output state, reinput state and current operation state, etc., of this portable terminal equipment. |
