<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the characteristics by making dense the degree of coupling between primary and secondary coils by insert-molding a U-shaped copper plate conductor including a terminal protrusion having one end as a primary side terminal a primary coil into a winding frame and providing a secondary coil on the outer circumference. CONSTITUTION:There is insert-molding on one lower end flange 12 a U-shaped copper plate conductor 17A having a terminal protrusion as a primary terminal 14 on one end thereof, and the plate conductor 17A is located over the entire width of a wiring on a winding frame 18. Further, there is provided a secondary frame 18 vertically on the lower end flange 12 of the winding frame 18, and there is wound a secondary wiring on the outer circumference to form a secondary coil 15. A magnetic material 16 is inserted into and fixed to the center of the secondary coil 15 to construct a magnetic path. Hereby, coupling between the primary coil 17 and the secondary coil 15 is made dense to stabilize the characteristics.</p> |
