<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject laminated paper suitable for a tack paper free from leaving it half-cut by forming a sticking agent layer on one side of a continuous release paper running in the longitudinal direction, drying it, subsequently giving a slit to the release paper or to a surface substrate in the longitudinal direction and bonding the surface substrate. CONSTITUTION:A sticking agent layer 2 is formed on one side of a release paper 3 by drawing a continuous release paper 3 from a roll unit (L), rotating a sticking agent-application roller 12 in which the lower part of the outer periphery is dipped in a sticking agent vat 11 in one direction, squeezing a sticking agent adhering to the outer periphery of the sticking agent-application roller 12 using a squeeze roller 13 in order to make the thickness of the sticking agent uniform and passing the release paper 3 between a press roll 14 and the application roller. The above-mentioned release paper is introduced to a drying unit 20 using plural rolls 5 for drying and a slit 4 is subsequently given to the release paper 3 or to the surface substrate 1 in the longitudinal direction before bonding the surface substrate 1 on the sticking agent layer 2 by arranging a slitter unit 30 composed of a slitter blade 31 and a back-up roll 32 at a suitable position, thus obtaining the objective laminated paper (A).</p> |
