PACKAGING OF CONTAINER IN PLASTIC WRAP

PURPOSE: To directly form a label sleeve of a heat-shrinkable member on a container forming a cylindrical shape at only one part by forming a mandrel sleeve hausing a container part and lowering the sleeve and winding the sheet on the sleeve and the large diameter part of the container and pulling up the sleeve from the inside and heating the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve mandrel 18 having the inside face 20 sufficiently containing the neck of a container and a lid 16 and the outside face having almost the same diameter with the diameter of the container body 12, is provided. A plastic label 10 having a specified length is attached to both the covered container 12 and the mandrel sleeve 18. Before a label 10 is stuck to the container 12 or while it is stack, a plastic solvent is applied on a narrow belt part 33. The sleeve mandrel 18 is pulled up from the plastic sleeve 10 and the upper part of the plastic label sleeve is heated to completely shrink at the periphery of both container body 12 and lid 16 and the upper part of the lid 16 and firmly wrap the lid.
