PURPOSE:To obtain the subject dielectric porcelain composite for high frequency that can be used over a wide range up to a 1 to 20GHz band by making composition of a material of prescribed composition a value within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:A composite is shown by a formula 1 is hydromixed having BaCO3, MgCO3, Ta2O5 and Sb2O5 as raw materials for being hydrocrashed after drying and temporary baking. Next, sieving is followed by compression molding and baking so as to obtain a ceramic sample. Further, in the formula, x+y+z=1, (w) is optional and x, y, z are in the region of mol ratios to be surrounded by A, B, C, D, shown in the Table I respectively, while 0.001<=v<=0.300. Thereby, a high Q-value is obtained in a microband and thus a dielectric porcelain composite for high-frequency that can be used in a broad range up to 1 to 20GHz is obtained. |
