PURPOSE:To prevent a leader wire from deviating or loosening by adhering the outside surface of a peeling part onto the outer periphery of a winding part in such a manner that a bent part faces the axial direction of a bobbin and adhering and fixing a part of the leader wire to the outside surface of a fixing part by the adhesive strength higher than the adhesive strength between this peeling part and the fixing part. CONSTITUTION:The outside surface of the peeling part 5b of a fixing member 5 is adhered and fixed to the winding part 3 and the outside surface of the fixing part 5c to the leader wire 4 of the optical fiber, respectively, in such a manner that the bent part 5a faces the axial direction of the bobbin 2. The peeling part 5b is adhered with the adhesive strength of about 50 to 500 g and the fixing part 5c with about 10 to 1 kg, respectively. The fixing of the leader wire 4 by the fixing member 5 is executed in such a manner that the boundary part A of the leader wire 4 and the adhesive part is not extremely bent. The two bent parts 5a, 5b counter cooperatively with the force Fb in the diametral direction component of the bobbin 2 even when the force F is intermittently applied on the bobbin 2 in the axial direction thereof at the angle alpha and, therefore, the degradation in the strength of adhesion of the peeling part 5b is obviated. |
