PURPOSE:To improve the strength and assembling workability by a constitution wherein base plate strengthening ribs are formed at the right and left peripheral edge parts and at the center part in a longitudinal direction in the mono-bloc type air conditioner consisting of the synthetic resin base plate for mounting refrigerating equipments and an outer cover thereon. CONSTITUTION:The six strengthening ribs 13 are formed by longitudinally bulging the center part 3 of the base plate 2 above the forward part 11 and backward part 12 of the base plate 2 so as to bear the loads of a blower and a compressor. Furthermore, the tubular strengthening ribs 27 and 30 are formed at the right and left peripheral edge parts 24 of the base plate 2 in order to form tapped holes 25 for mounting the outer cover. Due to the constitution as described above, the strengthening ribs 13, 27 and 30 and the right and left peripheral edge parts 24 form the base plate in a H-shape, which horizontally distributes strength in a H-shape, resulting in enabling to improve the strength of the base plate 2. And yet, because the base plate is formed into a nearly flat plate, the improvement of the assembling workability can be resulted. |
