<p>PURPOSE:To lay a pipe underground efficiently by the arrangement such that a steel pipe having a water feed pipe and a tube is carried by a pushing machine to form a bore of small diameter from a starting shaft to an arrival shaft and a water absorbing resin layer is expanded by means of pressure water after the steel pipe is removed to take in an underground pipe. CONSTITUTION:A starting shaft 4 and an arrival shaft 5 which are spaced apart a unit length are formed by digging earth 1. A bore 6 is formed by means of a pushing machine of small diameter, while a steel pipe 8 is connected to a boring rod 7, which is taken into the bore 6, whereby a tube 9 is placed in the pipe 8 and a water feed pipe 10 having a plurality of holes 11 and having a water absorbing resin layer 12 on its outer surface is placed in the tube 9. And then, the pipe 8 is removed and pressure water is supplied into the pipe 10 from a pressure water feed device to expand the tube 9 and the bore 6 is enlarged. An underground pipe 3 is connected to the pipe 10 in the tube 9 to push the pipe 3 to join the foregoing and succeeding pipes 3 together. As a result, the piping work can be performed easily and rapidly.</p> |
