PURPOSE:To accomplish encasement without staining a box and promote efficiency by sealing the end of a tubular film, clamping the upper end opening, bringing both side of the opening near to each other and lifting a box so that measured industrial parts in a hopper are put into the box through a bag. CONSTITUTION:A tubular film 1 of polyethylene, etc., is delivered a predetermined length and pressed by a guide rod 33 and a press rod 34 of a cutting mechanism. At this moment, the tube is heat-sealed by a press plate and cut off by a blade 31 at a part below the sealed part. The tube thus cut off is sucked by means of holes 35 of the rods 33, 34 to form it into a bag. When the rods 33, 34 are moved apart, clamps 53, 54 of a clamp mechanism 5 clamp the opening of the opened bag between the rods 33, 34 and then a narrowing mechanism 6 comes close thereto from the side of the bag to narrow the width of the opening. Thereafter a box 7 rises from under the bag to receive the bag and a specified quantity of industrial parts such as bolts are supplied into the bag from a hopper 10 and the clamps are released and lowered.
