PURPOSE:To obtain an easy open lid capable of being prevent from being soiled with the oil in the contents of a container by a method wherein an easily separable layer consisting of a low-crystalline copolymer polyester alone or a mixture of the copolymer polyester and a noncrystalline copolymer polyester is provided on one side of a supporting layer consisting of plastic film and a heat bonding layer consisting of thermocompression bonding crystalline copolymer polyester is provided on the foregoing easily separable layer. CONSTITUTION:An easily separable layer consisting of a low-crystalline copolymer polyester alone or a mixture of the copolymer polyester and a noncrystalline copolymer polyester is provided on the one side of a supporting layer consisting of plastic film and a heat bonding layer consisting of a thermocompression bonding crystalline copolymer polyester is provided on the foregoing easily separable layer. In the case of a thermocompression bonding to polycarbonate film, the separation strength is within the range of 0.8-1.5(kg/15mm) and the thermocompression bonding to the food container thermoformed of the polycarbonate film is possible and the lid is prevented from being soiled with the oil in the contents of a container and the flavor can be retained for many hours. |
