PURPOSE:To secure safety by burying beads having return reflection efficiency into a part of the surface or the whole surface of the concrete having the low ratio of water/cement as a unit, and exposing a part of the beads from the surface of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A interlocking block B is made of the concrete having the low ratio of water/cement. Glass beads G with a particle size of 0.08 - 10.0mm provided with return reflection efficiency are buried into a part of the surface or the whole surface of a surface layer 6 of the concrete as a unit, and a part of a surface area is exposed from the surface of the concrete. The spotlight to a running car enters into the beads G as incident light 8 to refract, and it is turned in the direction of a source of light as reflected light 9. |
