A construction system and a fastener. The system is formed from a vertical structure 2 and a girder 1 bearing against the side thereof. A suspension part 6, which is fixed in a support 10, which is located in an indentation 13 in the vertical structure 2, extends from the end of the girder 1. The upper end of the suspension part 6 of the vertical structure 1 is provided with threads and two nuts 7, 7'. The lower nut 7 bears against a washer 15, which rests on the support 10 of the vertical structure 2. The upper nut 7' bears either directly or by way of an intermediate part 14 against the upper surface of the indentation 13 in the side of the vertical construction 2. <IMAGE>
