The invention relates to the field of automotive engineering. The aim of the invention is to use combined relative travel limitation in the case of a tilting driver's cab to avoid, in particular, oscillations about its diagonal, vertical movements and transverse movements at the rear end of the driver's cab. The object of the invention is to provide an asymmetrical three-point mounting for tilting driver's cabs which permits a combination of the relative travel limitation in the vertical and horizontal directions. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that, with the use of rubber-metal-spring elements, known per se, and a main lock which is known per se and combined with a buffer, the rear, asymmetrical bearing is arranged in a horizontal plane with the corresponding front bearing. The horizontal distance of the rear bearing from the outer edge of the frame side member is smaller than/equal to the distance of the front bearing from the outer edge of the frame side member. The invention is used in tilting driver's cabs on utility vehicles together with hydraulic or mechanical tilting-force assistance. <IMAGE> |
