PURPOSE:To provide the title system intended to prevent the abnormally high level of a nutrient solution in a culture tank, so designed that a nutrient solution pumping to the culture tank is stopped in response to the output of a level rise detecting sensor installed at the culture tank. CONSTITUTION:The nutrient solution in a nutrient solution tank 1 is fed, through a pump 2, into a culture tank 4, and the nutrient solution discharged through an outlet 5 is allowed to flow into a culture tank or nutrient solution tank situated on a lower tier. When the outlet is clogged and the level in the culture tank rises, a level rise detecting sensor 6 detects the rise of level, resulting in stopping the pumping, thus preventing the overflow from the culture tank. |
