PURPOSE:To ensure that ink does not run, becomes dry and fixed speedily and adequately, excellent discharge stability and reliability with no clogging, and printed matter is made highly water-proof and light-fast by blending the first and the second liquids containing at least coloring components right after their ejection and allowing the blend to become solid and fixed on a medium for transfer. CONSTITUTION:The first liquid is prepared by blending water-soluble dye(yellow, magenta, cyan), diethyleneglycol, distilled purified water and a surfactant. Next, the second liquid is prepared by blending the distilled purified water to an electrolyte. The preferable viscosity of the first and the second liquid is 50cP or lower at 20 deg.C. Then the first and the second liquid are allowed to stick to a medium for transfer sequentially by splashing the liquids in that order, or these liquids are allowed to stick to the medium by mixing them during a splash process after being caused to splash. |
