PURPOSE:To miniaturize a vibrator as well as to improve the extent of finishing quality by making the amplitude of a counterbalance side vibrating body larger than that of a wheel head side vibrating body, and making the mass of the counterbalance side vibrating body smaller in inverse proportion to the magnitude of the amplitude. CONSTITUTION:With rotation of a turning shaft 12, both first an second eccen tric cams 13, 14 rotate in opposite phase, whereby such a vibration as opposite phase to a wheel head side vibrating body 20 is produced in a counterbalance side vibrating body 23. When frequency is set to f=omega/2pi, amplitude to 2a1 and mass to M1 of this wheel head side vibrating body 20, its producing force comes to F1=M1Xomega<2> a1sinomegat. On the other hand, when mass is set to M2 and amplitude to 2a2 of the counterbalance side vibrating body 23, its producing force comes to F2=M2omega<2>a2Xsinomegat. At this time, since it is set to 2a2=(M1/M2)X2a1, the force comes to F2=F1, both these vibrating bodies 20, 23 are well balance. Accordingly, the counterbalance side vibrating body 23, namely, the whole device is miniaturized and, what is more, superfinishing quality is thus improvable. |
