Medical syringe made of plastic material and intended to be used only once, the plunger of which is made up of a lower part (5) acting as a plunger head, and an upper part (6) forming the shaft. These two parts are joined together by a cellophane sheet (7, 8, 9) bonded to the head of the plunger and to the part nearest the shaft. A complementary piece with catches (CPC) (2) is fixed to the body of the syringe (1). It has, over its entire inner surface, catches (10) which are directed upwards and which are intended to tear the sheet of cellophane when the plunger is driven into the body of the syringe, since, at this moment, orifices which are scattered across the sheet of cellophane are run through by these catches. The syringe is thus incapable of being used a second time. The trial suction prior to injection is carried out by means of a device (4) consisting in using the end-piece of the syringe and the shoulder of the needle (which are longer) as a mini-syringe. <IMAGE>
