PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by using a capacitor forming a time constant circuit connecting respectively to two switching elements turned on alternatively in response to an input signal in common for both the switching elements. CONSTITUTION:The ON/OFF operation of a PNP transistor(TR) 1 is controlled by applying an input signal (a) to a base of the TR 1 via a limit resistor R3. With the TR 1 turned on, a current flows to a resistor R1 to charge a capacitor C. The ON/OFF operation of a FET 2 is controlled in response to the signal (a) fed to its gate and when the TR 1 is turned on, a current flows to the resistor R2 to discharge the capacitor C. Thus, the resistance of the resistors R1, R2 is differentiated to obtain two kinds of time constants in a single circuit unit thereby simplifying the circuit constitution. |
