The invention refers to a procedure of external dynamic centring of high output and large diameter electromotors and generators, characterized by the fact that the rotor and stator are mounted on different stands, with the aim of levelling the electromagnetic forces from the machine gap and the elimination of the supplemental mechanic forces from the bearings, which appear only during the running of the electric machine. The mechanical calibration of the electric machine-transducer-bearing system, considered stiffened with two indicating devices. The engine is fuelled afterwards, and the forces are measured on the direction of the desired cancellation of strains in the bearings, the deviations of the indicating devices are read, one of which is in positive and the other one in negative direction. Afterwards, with the power supply either connected, or disconnected, either the rotor, or the machine stator is moved on the mounting direction of the transducers, so that the gap of the minus indicating device increases until the zero value on both devices is reached.
|
