PREPARED MILK RESEMBLE TO HUMAN MILK

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject prepared milk approaching a composition of casein and whey protein to a composition of human milk and containing a large amount of non-proteinic nitrogen by adding a composition containing non-proteinic nitrogen component derived from a treatment of whey. CONSTITUTION:Whey is treated and a resultant composition containing non- proteinic nitrogen component is added to milk to afford the aimed prepared milk. Besides, a prepared material subtracted beta-lactoglobulin from whey or concentrated whey protein is preferably added.
