The invention relates to a net in web form, preferably for wrapping and at the same time fixing the shape of a large bale of harvested products produced by a large-bale press. Since large bales of this type, when being handled, expand more sharply at their centre and in their outer regions than in the other regions, the net in web form 2 is reinforced in these regions 3, 4 either by thicker threads 5 or by threads closer together or else by threads made of another material. Contrary to nets in web form which have been used hitherto and which are reinforced as a whole, an appreciable saving of material is achieved with the net in web form according to the invention. <IMAGE> |
