PURPOSE:To quickly suppress the vibration of a structure by transferring the vibration energy of a weight to outer and inner frames, which can perform parallelogram movement perform, and by controlling it by attenuators. CONSTITUTION:When vibration energy is given to a structure 1, an outer frame 3 and inner frame 4 move at a delay of 90 deg. in relation to the structure 1. The moves of this outer frame 3, inner frame 4, and the weight 7 on the frame 4 are controlled by attenuators 18 and 19. The controlled move of this weight 7 damps the structure 1. The vibration energy given to the structure 1 is converted into the kinetic energy to the weight 7, and this energy is indirectly consumed by the attenuators 18 and 19. Thus, the vibration of the structure can effectively be suppressed. |
